| At Auch we encourage our employees to avail themselves of the many opportunities for continued growth in our profession. We encourage participation in industry associations and find that we can bring new ideas to our clients from these invaluable experiences. Our employees are very active in their own communities, as a company we participate in a number of philanthropic activities and have created an environment to give back to the community. We are one of the oldest members of the Construction Association of Michigan and the AGC of Michigan. Our employees serve on the numerous boards such as the AGC ACE Mentoring program, The National Association of Women in Construction, the Building Enclosure Council, and the Construction Financial Management Association of Michigan. |
